Russell Group Psychology Graduate Role

We are seeking a talented and empathetic Russell Group Psychology Graduate to join our team in a Special Needs School in Kensington. As a Russell Group Psychology Graduate, you will have the opportunity to work with children with ASC (autism), ADHD, and non-verbal pupils, and benefit from working alongside qualified SEND professionals, Specialist Teachers, and Educational Psychologists.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Support children with additional needs in a 'Good' SEND school.
  • Work with children with ASC (autism), ADHD, and non-verbal pupils.
  • Develop and implement strategies to support pupil progress.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 2:1 degree from a Top 20 UK University.
  • Career goals to become an Educational or Clinical Psychologist.
  • Previous experience and passion for working with children.
  • Empathetic and patient personality traits.
