Job Description

We are seeking a highly skilled Contract Analyst to join our team at Personal Group, a leading independent Reward Consultancy. As a key member of our team, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality projects and providing exceptional client service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Work closely with our Analyst team and Consultants to deliver projects, analyzing and manipulating client data, drafting reports, and creating visualizations to support key HR practices.
  • Handle and resolve queries from client representatives regarding pay and benefits projects.
  • Communicate with external clients and suppliers to progress projects and resolve queries.
  • Support clients in accessing data in our Innecto Digital platform.
  • Contribute to new business enquiries and help drive business growth.

Requirements:

  • Advanced knowledge and proficiency in Microsoft Excel, with the ability to manipulate and analyze large datasets using various functions and formulas.
  • Intermediate skills in Word and PowerPoint to present data in report format.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to interpret data and communicate findings effectively.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work collaboratively with clients and internal stakeholders.
