Job Summary

We are seeking a skilled Maintenance Engineer to join our team in Leeds. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for maintaining and repairing production machinery to maximise productivity.

Key Responsibilities

  • Maintain and repair production machinery to ensure optimal performance.
  • Perform routine preventative maintenance checks to identify potential issues.
  • Ensure safety standards are adhered to at all times, maintaining a safe working environment for the production team.
  • Work closely with the production team to resolve any equipment issues, providing technical support and guidance as needed.
  • Report and document any maintenance work carried out, maintaining accurate records of maintenance activities.
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest industry technology and practices, applying new knowledge and skills to improve maintenance efficiency.

Requirements

  • An educational background in Engineering or a related field.
  • Experience maintaining and repairing production machinery, with a strong understanding of mechanical systems and processes.
  • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work effectively with the production team and other stakeholders.
