NC Associates is seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Purchase Ledger Administrator to join their Finance Team. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to start or progress their accounting career.

The successful candidate will be responsible for processing supplier invoices, managing direct debit supplier ledgers, and ensuring timely payment allocations. They will also provide query resolution for supplier invoices and work closely with the wider Finance Team to meet deadlines and achieve KPI metrics.

We are looking for someone with a high degree of accuracy and attention to detail, excellent organizational and time management skills, and the ability to work well as part of a team. Intermediate Excel skills are beneficial, and a positive attitude towards tasks and duties is essential.

Key Responsibilities
  • Process supplier invoices using the internal operating system
  • Manage direct debit supplier ledgers to ensure timely payment allocations
  • Provide query resolution for supplier invoices
  • Work closely with the wider Finance Team to meet deadlines and achieve KPI metrics
  • Assist the Purchase Ledger Manager with projects and data analysis as required
Requirements
  • Previous experience in administration, data entry, or a purchase ledger capacity is highly advantageous
  • A desire to develop a career within administration and transactional finance
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills
  • A positive attitude towards tasks and duties
  • Excellent IT and computerized systems skills, intermediate Excel skills are beneficial
