HR Operations Manager

Frazer Jones is delighted to work with fast-paced, high-growth businesses to recruit an HR Operations Manager. This is a great opportunity for someone with experience leading HR operations to join a great HR team and make a real impact on the employee experience.
Key Responsibilities- Lead the HR operations team responsible for end-to-end employee lifecycle activities from onboarding to offboarding.
- Oversee administrative changes related to T's & C's, probation reviews, family leave requests, flexible working requests, and other change requests.
- Develop and implement HR policies, template letters, manager's guides, contracts of employment, and other associated HR templates.
- Act as an advisor to the business, providing guidance on terms and conditions, company policies, and encouraging self-service via the HRIS.
- Collaborate with business partners, L&D team, and HRIS team to ensure an excellent employee experience, development needs are met, and continuous improvement and automation are driven.
This is a wonderful opportunity in a fast-paced, growing business, with plenty of scope to drive change and make a real impact on the HR operations function and wider business.
Location: The role requires on-site presence one day a week, near Shaftesbury on the Dorset, Wiltshire border.
