Job Title: Physiotherapy Department Manager

We are seeking an experienced Physiotherapy Department Manager to lead our physiotherapy department at Bank Partners.

In this role, you will oversee the delivery of physiotherapy services, manage a team of physiotherapists, and ensure that patient care standards are met.

The estimated salary for this position is £60,000 - £70,000 per annum, depending on experience.

You will work closely with access to direct supervision, including formal training, clinical reasoning sessions, and peer review. You will also have access to advice and support from senior physiotherapists as required.

As a key member of our management team, you will contribute to the development of departmental policies and procedures, and ensure that all staff members are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
