We are seeking a highly skilled Motor Technology Technician to join our team at Austin Fraser. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of motor inspections, evaluating and auditing estimates, and authorizing repairs efficiently.

The successful candidate will have strong analytical skills, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. A key responsibility of this role will be building relationships with repairers, business partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth processing of claims.

Job Description:

  1. Evaluate and audit estimates to ensure accuracy and efficiency
  2. Authorize repairs and ensure timely completion
  3. Build relationships with repairers, business partners, and suppliers to ensure smooth processing of claims
  4. Be computer proficient with the ability to easily adapt to new systems

The ideal candidate will have experience in a similar role, with a strong understanding of computer systems and the ability to adapt to new technologies. A salary of £35,000 - £37,000 per annum is offered, plus hybrid working options and a permanent contract type.
