The Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Full Stack Engineer to join our team and contribute to the development of our online marketplace. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing features that enhance user experience across various devices and platforms.

Key Responsibilities

  • Design and develop cutting-edge web applications and APIs using modern technologies.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and prioritize feature development.
  • Ensure high code quality through thorough testing, code reviews, and documentation.
  • Participate in Agile development methodologies, including daily stand-ups, sprint planning sessions, and retrospectives.
  • Contribute to the development of software architecture across the stack and shape the overall technical direction of the platform.

Requirements

  • 5+ years of experience in a full stack engineering role or similar capacity.
  • Strong proficiency in Ruby on Rails.
  • Demonstrated expertise in at least one modern frontend framework (e.g., React, Angular).
  • Proficiency in HTML, CSS, and JavaScript, with a strong grasp of web standards and accessibility principles.
  • Experienced with databases and proficient in data modeling.
  • Knowledgeable in software engineering best practices, including version control, testing methodologies, and continuous integration/continuous deployment.
  • Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
