Job Title: Event Chef De Partie

Job Type: Part-time and Full-time

Job Description:

We are seeking experienced chefs to join our team as Event Chef De Partie for our upcoming event season. As an Event Chef De Partie, you will be responsible for preparing and cooking food for various events, including canapés, bowl food, weddings, film premiers, and seated plated dinners/banquets.

Responsibilities:

• Prepare and cook food for events, including canapés, bowl food, and plated dinners
• Work with the event team to ensure smooth execution of events
• Maintain high standards of food quality and presentation
• Collaborate with other chefs and kitchen staff to ensure efficient food preparation and service
• Adhere to health and safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

• Relevant chef experience, preferably at the Chef De Partie level
• Level 2 Food Safety Certificate
• Allergen Training Certificate
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends
• Right to work in the UK
