Devizes Academy is seeking a highly skilled Head Chef/Cook to join their team on a term-time basis, working 30 hours per week to deliver exceptional food experiences for students, staff, and visitors.
The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, be adaptable, and flexible, and support colleagues to maintain high professional standards.
- Develop and implement innovative food concepts to meet customer demands.
- Create a positive kitchen environment where team members feel valued and supported.
- Manage kitchen operations, including ordering, stock control, and waste management.
- Oversee kitchen cleaning responsibilities to maintain hygiene standards.
- Manage budgets and meet financial targets.
- Ensure compliance with Food Handling & Hygiene standards.
- Be passionate about delivering high-quality food experiences.
