Job Title: Food Production Supervisor - Chilled Environment

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to join our client, a leading manufacturer and distributor of food products, as a Food Production Supervisor in a chilled environment. As a key member of the production team, you will be responsible for managing a team of production operatives, ensuring the efficient operation and maintenance of the production line, and completing daily reports on production figures and operating concerns.

Your Key Responsibilities:
- Manage a team of production operatives in a fast-paced environment
- Ensure the efficient operation and maintenance of the production line
- Complete daily reports on production figures and operating concerns
- Assist supervisors and managers with other tasks as required

Requirements:
- Experience working as a Food Production Supervisor in a food processing environment
- Strong leadership and motivational skills
- Ability to engage employees and use initiative to meet production targets
- Strong communication skills and high quality awareness
- Reliable and efficient with a willingness to learn and develop

Working Hours and Benefits:
Working hours are 6.00/7.00-15/15.30, £13.04 per hour. Overtime is available and paid at a rate of £
