Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic part-time Learning Support Professional to work in a range of schools within Cambridgeshire. As a key member of the school team, you will provide support to classroom teachers and contribute to creating a positive and inclusive learning environment for all students.

You will work closely with individual students, providing them with additional support to help them reach their full potential. This may involve working with students who require extra assistance with their learning, or supporting those who need help with personal care or social skills.

Required Skills and Qualifications

To be successful in this role, you will need to have:

  • A relevant qualification such as a Level 2 Diploma in Supporting Teaching and Learning in Schools or a similar qualification">
  • Experience of working with children and young people, preferably in an educational setting">
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills">
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team">
  • Basic knowledge of child development and learning theories">
