  • Manage, train, and develop the site technical teams and Quality Manager to enhance their capabilities.
  • Develop and report on group KPIs related to site standards, product quality, compliance, culture, and specifications.
  • Monitor industry changes and legal updates, communicating these to the wider team.
  • Standardize supplier compliance with effective performance monitoring and annual reviews.

Requirements

  • Proven experience as a Customer Facing Technical Manager in the fresh produce/food sector.
  • Excellent IT skills and project management skills.
  • Ability to work to tight deadlines and prioritize tasks effectively.
  • Strong attention to detail and ability to communicate complex information effectively.
