About the Role

We are seeking an experienced IFA Administrator Team Leader to join our team at Finlink Ltd. As a key member of our administration team, you will be responsible for managing the back office operations to ensure efficiency and effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage administration teams to ensure seamless day-to-day operations
  • Develop and implement processes to improve efficiency and productivity
  • Train and mentor new team members to ensure they have the necessary skills and knowledge
  • Hold regular team meetings to discuss progress and address any issues
  • Monitor and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) to ensure the team is meeting its targets

Requirements
