Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Business Development Representative to join our team. As a key member of our sales team, you will be responsible for generating sales pipelines with new and existing customers across the DACH, Nordic and Eastern Europe regions.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Researching target accounts to identify new business opportunities
  • Prospecting senior executives for new sales opportunities
  • Qualifying and progressing sales opportunities
  • Ensuring quotations are followed through to purchase order

Requirements:

  • 2+ years' B2B sales experience
  • Unique communication skills
  • Confidence and persistence in sales development
  • Organisation and prioritisation skills
  • IT literacy and MS Office skills
  • Advanced German speaking skills

What We Offer:

A competitive salary of £30,000 - £40,000 + commission (up to £10,000 DoE), a dynamic work environment, and opportunities for career growth and development.
