Role Overview

We are seeking an experienced Technical Product Manager to lead the development of our new flagship product, Rayls. As part of our team, you will be responsible for delivering and scaling this groundbreaking solution, which combines the core privacy, scalability, and compliance demands of traditional finance with the speed, innovation, and access of decentralized finance.

Main Responsibilities

  • Lead the product development lifecycle from requirements gathering to regular releases, ensuring alignment with business goals and customer needs.
  • Prioritize and maintain a product backlog, defining features and enhancements based on business value, customer impact, and technical feasibility.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to translate business requirements into detailed technical specifications and user stories.
  • Promote the Agile development process, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery of product features.
  • Define and maintain quality standards for products and features, working closely with QA teams to ensure the delivery of high-quality solutions.

Requirements

  • A minimum of 6 years of experience in product management, with a strong technical background, such as a Computer Science degree or experience working as a software developer.
  • A deep understanding of Web3 / blockchain / crypto technologies, with at least 5 years of working experience in the space.
  • Experience working in financial services businesses, such as banks, fintechs, or building financial software.
  • Demonstrable proficiency with at least one modern programming language (Python, GOLang, Javascript, etc.).
  • A proven track record of successfully launching and managing software products in an Agile environment.
