Job Summary
">We are seeking an experienced Helpdesk Analyst to join our Bristol-based Technical Helpdesk team. As a key member of our infrastructure team, you will provide technical support and expertise to our internal stakeholders, ensuring seamless operation of our systems and applications.
Responsibilities
">- Providing technical support via phone, email, or in-person to internal stakeholders
- Analyzing and troubleshooting complex technical issues using diagnostic tools and software
- Developing and maintaining knowledge of our systems, applications, and technologies to ensure seamless integration and operation
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to identify and resolve technical issues affecting multiple departments
- Documenting and tracking technical issues, resolutions, and knowledge base articles to improve incident management processes
Requirements
">- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field
- Minimum 2 years of experience in a helpdesk or technical support role, preferably in a healthcare or adult social care environment
- Proven track record of providing exceptional customer service and resolving complex technical issues
- Familiarity with industry-standard technical tools, such as ticketing systems, monitoring software, and collaboration platforms
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse stakeholder groups
