We are seeking a highly skilled Electrical Lead Engineer to join our team at CBW Staffing Solutions. As a key member of our facilities management team, you will be responsible for coordinating day-to-day activities on site and assisting the Contract Manager with the management of contracts.

Main Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate field activities across a portfolio of commercial buildings
  • Step in as Contract Manager in their absence due to sickness or holiday
  • Issue relevant site permits as part of a safe system of work
  • Liaise with clients and tenants to ensure seamless operations
  • Perform hands-on maintenance of M&E and fabric systems
  • Conduct daily tours, reporting defects and ensuring high standards of housekeeping
  • Comply with health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Control specialist contractors and monitor work performance
  • Escalate critical incidents and produce incident reports
  • Have a thorough understanding of M&E systems, including building management systems and electrical monitoring
Requirements:
  • Electrically or mechanically qualified (preferably with C&G or NVQ Level 2&3)
  • Leadership experience and/or mobile experience
  • A proven track record in commercial building maintenance
  • Ability to communicate effectively with all levels of staff and clients
