As the Registered Manager, you will play a critical role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day running of the home and providing high-quality care and support to our young residents.
Key Responsibilities- Lead and manage the staff team to ensure compliance with Ofsted regulations and policies.
- Develop and implement effective recording and reporting systems to meet regulatory guidelines.
- Ensure the home remains fully compliant with Quality Standards, Children's Homes' Regulations, and the Ofsted Inspection Framework.
- Promote Trauma-Informed, effective, safe, and holistic practices in the care and support of our residents.
- A minimum QCF Level 5 in Children and Young Peoples Workforce or equivalent.
- Full UK driving license with access to own vehicle.
- Flexibility to work varied shifts to ensure the home is always compliant with staffing requirements.
- Comfortable with managing behaviors that challenge.
