The Role:

  • Provide a high level of customer service and ensure that all guests receive a warm and welcoming experience.
  • Be able to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and maintain a high level of productivity.
  • Have a strong understanding of our menu and be able to make recommendations to our guests.
  • Ensure that all orders are taken promptly and accurately, and that any queries or issues are dealt with efficiently.
