Salary: £46,500

Working Hours: Full time, Monday - Friday, 37.5 hours a week
ISQ Recruitment is seeking an experienced Engineering Supervisor to join our client's dynamic team in Norfolk. As a key member of the engineering department, you will be responsible for managing tool care, ensuring effective resource utilization, and driving continuous improvement.
Main Responsibilities- Health & Safety: Lead the team with a zero-accident mentality, ensuring compliance with safety procedures and proper use of PPE.
- Team Leadership: Demonstrate hands-on capabilities in installing, maintaining, repairing, and modifying tools.
- Tool Room Management: Organize and lead the tool room, planning tool changes, maintenance, and repairs while identifying waste reduction opportunities.
- A strong background in mechanical, electrical, or precision engineering, preferably in tooling.
- Problem-solving skills with a focus on continuous improvement.
- Formal Health & Safety training (IOSH/NEBOSH).
