Site Services Manager Opportunity

Premier Foods is seeking a skilled Site Services Manager to maintain site services and infrastructure, ensuring compliance with statutory requirements and company standards.

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing site services, including electrical maintenance, pressure systems, and boiler management. They will also oversee the management of contractor services and ensure effective project management.

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Manage site services and infrastructure to ensure compliance with statutory requirements and company standards.
  2. Oversee electrical maintenance, pressure systems, and boiler management.
  3. Manage contractor services and ensure effective project management.
  4. Develop and implement strategies to improve site services and infrastructure.
  5. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless site operations.

Requirements:

  1. HNC/degree standard of education in Electrical or Mechanical Engineering/Building Services.
  2. Strong leadership and technical skills with the ability to drive change.
  3. Good project management skills with detailed knowledge of Health & Safety.
  4. Effective management of contractor services.
  5. Minimum 5 years' experience in food or allied industry with at least 5 years in a supervisory experience.
  6. Strong knowledge and experience of technical areas, including DSEAR/ATEX, Electrical Maintenance, Pressure Systems, Boiler Management, LOLER, and PUWER.
