Job Details
This role is for a Teaching Assistant to support our pupils with autism. The successful applicant will work 80% of their contractual hours for 100% of their pay, giving them more time to do the things that make them happy.
The estimated salary for this role is £26,500-£32,400 per annum, depending on experience. You will also receive a range of benefits, including life assurance, pension scheme, and access to mental health support services.
Requirements
- Previous experience as a Teaching Assistant
- Experience working with pupils on the autistic spectrum
- Commitment to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of pupils and young people
