Currys is seeking a skilled White Goods Service Technician to join our team. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for delivering exceptional customer service and ensuring that our customers' appliances are in top working condition.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Diagnose and repair white goods appliances in customers' homes
  • Provide technical knowledge and expertise to customers
  • Build strong relationships with customers to ensure their satisfaction
  • Work independently and as part of a team to achieve service targets

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in white goods repairs
  • Full UK/EU driving license with no more than 6 penalty points
  • Ideal ACS qualifications in Essential Gas Safety Domestic (CCN1), Gas Cookers and Ranges (CKR1)
