Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Refrigeration Service and Breakdown Specialist to join our team at Mixxos Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service and support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Attend client sites to diagnose and repair refrigeration faults, ensuring prompt and efficient resolution of issues.
  • Carry out preventative maintenance tasks to ensure optimal performance and extend the lifespan of refrigeration systems.
  • Complete all works within the scope of the F Gas laws, adhering to strict regulations and guidelines.
  • Review client equipment and provide expert advice on correct operating procedures, ensuring maximum efficiency and safety.
  • Complete electronic job sheets and service reports on a daily basis, providing detailed information for office staff to facilitate accurate quotations and follow-up actions.
  • Maintain excellent customer relationships, identifying opportunities to upsell further services and provide exceptional customer service.
  • Provide technical support and training to internal staff and stakeholders, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
  • Respond to emergency call-outs and participate in the standby rota, demonstrating flexibility and adaptability in a fast-paced environment.
  • Develop and maintain a good understanding of refrigeration systems, including ammonia systems, to provide expert guidance and support.
General Responsibilities
  • Maintain all tools and equipment in good working order, reporting any faulty equipment to ensure minimal downtime.
  • Ensure the Company vehicle is roadworthy at all times, reporting any defects or accidents immediately.
  • Adhere to all Health and Safety policies and procedures, following strict guidelines to ensure a safe working environment.
  • Complete on-site paperwork in a timely manner, including writing RAMS, to ensure accurate records and compliance.
  • Undergo training as per Company requirements, demonstrating a commitment to professional development and growth.
  • Perform any other duties as requested by your manager, demonstrating flexibility and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities.
