The new Principal will be responsible for leading, championing, and managing a community of passionate, engaged, and activated students, staff, and alumni.

Accountable to the Pro-Vice-Chancellor for Colleges & Student Experience, the Principal will oversee the well-being and personal development of students and staff, drive the College's unique combination of opportunities for challenge and personal growth, and devise, agree, and implement strategic plans aligned to the University's overall mission and aims.

Requirements

The successful candidate will be an inspirational and caring leader with a strong personal commitment to Durham's collegiate values and student welfare.

They will be either a world-leading academic at Associate or full Professorial level or a leader in an area where their experience could support wider university objectives.
