About The Role
At EKFB, we're committed to delivering exceptional results through our collaborative and forward-thinking culture. We're seeking a skilled Technical Administrator to join our Interfaces team in Milton Keynes. In this role, you'll be responsible for monitoring and governing our central database, engaging with the wider EKFB team to ensure plans and evidence are up-to-date. You'll work closely with Work Package Managers to identify Undertakings and Assurances for their scope of works, and support performance monitoring to ensure it aligns with our works information strategic plan. Additionally, you'll assist with non-compliance investigations, ensuring the correct process is followed and updating relevant systems. Your administrative skills will also be utilized for our Sharepoint site and BIMXtra.
About YouWe're looking for an individual with excellent communication and negotiation skills, strong organisation and facilitation skills, and the ability to interpret complex technical information. You'll also need to be able to build strong working relationships with internal and external stakeholders. About UsEKFB is a joint venture that brings together international, market-leading expertise from four leading civil engineering and construction companies. We're proud to have been appointed by HS2 to deliver civil engineering works across an 80km section of the new high speed rail link. Our scope of works includes 15 viaducts, 5km of green tunnels, 22km of road diversions, 67 overbridges, and around 30 million cubic metres of excavation.
