About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Recruitment and Employment Coordinator to join our People & Culture team at Altilium. As a member of our team, you will play a crucial role in attracting, engaging, and retaining top talent to support our company's mission and objectives.

Your Key Responsibilities:

  • Support a seamless full cycle recruitment process, from candidate attraction to onboarding.

  • Schedule and support with online and face-to-face interviews.

  • Organise attendance and resources for recruitment-related events.

  • Research talent and approach potential candidates through headhunting initiatives, proactively sourcing scarce niche skills sets of candidates where necessary.

  • Lead recruitment-related and candidate experience projects.

  • Previous experience in a recruitment role within a fast-paced environment.

  • Full working knowledge of the recruitment life cycle, including onboarding and right to work checks.

  • Experience in the use of an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) – bonus points for supporting the development of one.

  • Ability to be regularly on-site in our Plymouth office.
