Job Title: Senior Recruitment Consultant

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Recruitment Consultant to join our team at Stafforce Recruitment. As a Senior Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for identifying and pursuing new business opportunities, developing and maintaining relationships with clients and candidates, and delivering exceptional recruitment services.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities to drive revenue growth
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with clients and candidates to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction
  • Source and attract top talent to meet client needs
  • Manage the recruitment process from initial contact to placement
  • Provide regular updates and progress reports to clients and candidates
Requirements:
  • Proven track record of success in recruitment, with a strong understanding of the recruitment industry
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and candidates
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
