Are you a motivated and experienced pharmacist looking for a new challenge? We are seeking a 3rd Shift Staff Pharmacist to join our team at The Boots Company PLC.

Main Responsibilities
  • Deliver expert care and advice to our customers, driving the pharmacy strategy forward.
  • Maintain legal and ethical decision-making in the pharmacy, ensuring customer and patient safety is paramount.
  • Develop the pharmacy capability of store teams, fostering a culture of excellence.
  • Closely review and audit pharmacy operations, identifying areas for improvement and implementing changes as needed.
  • Provide a range of professional pharmacy services to meet the needs of our customers.
About You
  • To succeed in this role, you will possess a professional and caring demeanor, with a genuine desire to contribute to our success.
  • You must be registered with the relevant pharmacy regulator (GPhC, PSNI, PSI).
  • Demonstrate high levels of professional expertise, earning respect from stakeholders, peers, patients, customers, and external professionals.
  • Possess a passion for community pharmacy and a commitment to delivering exceptional patient care.
  • Cultivate a collaborative approach, working effectively within a team environment.
  • Show a deep understanding of pharmacy operations and national/local service provisions.
  • Exhibit excellent communication skills, able to engage with people of diverse backgrounds and needs.
