About the Role:

We are seeking a highly motivated and flexible individual to join our Christmas Support Team as a Sales Floor Assistant. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional customer service and supporting our sales floor operations during the busy Christmas period.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide fast and friendly service to customers, helping them to find the perfect products
  • Share your passion and knowledge about our amazing products with customers
  • Ensure the sales floors are well-organized and easy to shop from
  • Work in all areas of the store as needed, including stockrooms and processing deliveries
  • Support and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and managers at all times
  • Take control of your own development and contribute to the success of the team
