About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Complex Care Assistant to join our team at Sonderwell. As a Complex Care Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to individuals with complex needs, enabling them to live their lives to the fullest.

Your Responsibilities
  • Provide personal care and support to individuals with complex needs, including peg feeding, dystonia management, administration of medication, and catheter care.
  • Build strong relationships with clients and their families, gaining their trust and confidence.
  • Work collaboratively with our care team to ensure seamless care delivery and excellent client outcomes.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance your skills and knowledge in complex care.
