Office Manager (Permanent)

About the Role

Cavendish Professionals is seeking a skilled Office Manager to join our team at Sizewell C in Suffolk.

The ideal candidate will have previous experience as an Office Manager or similar and have worked within Construction, Civils, plant or similar. The successful applicant must be able to coordinate and organize office activities, oversee stock of office supplies, support HR in scheduling meetings, interviews and transport, and ensure company policies and procedures are followed and up to date.

Key Responsibilities
  • Coordinate and organize office activities including administrative functions and support when needed.
  • Oversight of office supplies ensuring they remain stocked.
  • Support HR with scheduling meetings, interviews, and transportation requirements.
  • Ensure adherence to company policies and procedures.
Requirements
  • Previous experience as an Office Manager or similar role.
  • Previous experience working within Construction, Civils, plant or similar industries.
  • Two professional references available upon request.
