BeBee Professionals is seeking an experienced Construction Project Lead to oversee construction projects in the Wrexham area.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage site operations, ensuring all work is carried out safely and efficiently.
  • Oversee subcontractors and site staff to meet project deadlines.
  • Liaise with stakeholders, including clients, architects, and engineers.
  • Monitor progress and provide regular updates to senior management.
  • Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations on-site.
  • Handle issues that arise on-site and implement solutions quickly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience as a Site Manager in the construction industry.
  • Strong knowledge of construction processes, safety regulations, and best practices.
  • Excellent leadership and communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work under pressure.
  • Relevant qualifications in construction management or related fields.
  • CSCS card and SMSTS certificate are preferred.

Estimated Salary Range: £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
