About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Sales Adviser to join our team at Superdrug. As a Sales Adviser, you will play a key role in delivering excellent customer service and ensuring that our stores are well-stocked and presented to the highest standard.

Key Responsibilities
  • Customer Service: Provide exceptional customer service, responding to customer queries and resolving any issues in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Store Presentation: Maintain a high level of store presentation, including visual merchandising and stock management.
  • Sales and Service: Meet or exceed sales targets, while also providing a high level of service to customers.
  • Piercing Services: Provide ear and nose piercing services to customers, with training provided.
Requirements
  • Communication Skills: Confident and clear communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with customers and colleagues.
  • Retail Experience: Passionate about retail and customer service, with a desire to learn and improve knowledge and skills.
  • Flexibility: Flexible in working hours and adaptable to change, with a willingness to work a variety of shifts, including weekends and bank holidays.
