Are you passionate about teaching and supporting students with diverse needs? We're looking for dedicated Maths and English tutors to work with us at Teaching Personnel.


We provide high-impact, 1:1 tuition for young people who face challenges in accessing traditional education. Our tutors play a vital role in helping these students succeed.


Key Responsibilities:



  • Work with primary or secondary children who require additional support due to SEN, SEMH, or other needs.
  • Deliver educational sessions face-to-face at students' homes or public spaces, such as libraries or community centres.
  • Develop tailored learning plans to help students build their knowledge in core subjects like Maths, English, and Science.

Requirements:



  • Hold QTS or be a Higher Level Teaching Assistant with relevant experience.
  • Be an engaging and effective communicator, able to build strong relationships with students and their families.
