About the Role:

Alexander Mann Solutions is seeking a highly skilled Cloud Solutions Test Lead to join our team. As a Cloud Solutions Test Lead, you will be responsible for leading and overseeing all testing activities for software development, ensuring high-quality outcomes throughout the development life cycle.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the testing activities conducted by the in-house and supply chain teams, managing all phases of testing, including plans, timescales, test deliverables, and auditability.
  • Provide authoritative advice and guidance on any aspect of test planning and execution.
  • Develop, execute, and report on complex test plans from requirement specifications and refined product backlog items, in accordance with agreed standards.
  • Work closely with the Delivery Manager, Product Owner, technical SMEs, and development teams to ensure the right solutions are developed to the highest quality.
  • Review and help refine software requirements, both functional and non-functional.
  • Quality Assurance oversight of functional, integration, and systems testing of software developed by supply chain development teams.
  • Collaborate with other Test Leads to share knowledge and contribute to corporate testing standards and definition of best practice.

Requirements:

  • Experienced in software solution testing, with a focus on Azure DevOps and technology stacks.
  • Proficient in using Azure DevOps and Microsoft Test Manager.
  • Willing to perform hands-on testing when required.
  • Aerospace industry experience highly desirable but not essential.
