Job Title: Care Home HCA

Are you a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Assistant looking for a new challenge? Service Care Solutions is seeking a dedicated individual to join our team in the North West Area.

Job Summary:

  • Work 12 hour shifts, Monday to Sunday, using Adasta and EMIS systems (training provided if needed)
  • Provide high-quality care to residents in care homes
  • Assist with daily living tasks, including personal care and medication management
  • Work collaboratively with healthcare teams to ensure excellent patient outcomes

Requirements:

  • Experience in bloodwork, suturing, plastering, and wound care
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Compassionate and empathetic approach to patient care
