We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Dietitian to join our team at Cwm Taf Morgannwg University Health Board. As a Dietitian, you will play a vital role in providing expert nutrition advice and support to patients across our hospitals and community services.
Key Responsibilities- Manage a defined caseload of patients requiring acute nutrition support, using evidence-based and client-centered principles.
- Assess, plan, evaluate, and implement dietetic interventions in specialist inpatient and outpatient clinics.
- Work in partnership with other members of the multidisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical records in accordance with legal requirements and professional standards.
- Develop and maintain skills and knowledge through continued personal and professional development.
