About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Electrical Site Manager to join our team in Scotland. As a key member of our division, you will be responsible for controlling and managing all DPS activities on site, ensuring that all works are performed in accordance with specifications and relevant safety standards.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Direct and control the work of Trade Operatives & Apprentices, ensuring that all activities comply with Health & Safety, Environmental, and Quality Management requirements.
  2. Ensure that all required documentation is up to date, accurately filed, and available for inspection.
  3. Plan and organize work to ensure safe and efficient execution.
  4. Conduct competence assessments and adhere to the specified timetable.
  5. Discuss work-related matters with trades operatives and contractors.
  6. Liaise with other contractors engaged on site on a day-to-day basis.
  7. Update the Project Manager on contract progress and future resource requirements.

Requirements

  1. Qualification to degree/HND/HNC in Electrical Engineering.
  2. Time served and fully qualified in a relevant trade - City & Guilds, MA, or equivalent.
  3. Demonstrable experience at a supervisory level.
  4. SMSTS.
  5. First Aid at Work.
  6. CSCS.
  7. Awareness of all Health & Safety practices.
  8. Ability to manage changing priorities on site.
  9. Full UK Driving Licence.
