We are seeking a highly skilled Team Supervisor to join our Service Desk team at Marlowe Software, Risk and Compliance. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for delivering high-level customer service to end-users through efficient and effective management of jobs, quotes, and queries that come into the Service Desk via email and system updates.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support the team with queries and provide guidance on system usage.
  • Log jobs and quotes onto the Elogs System and chase updates and actions on works.
  • Action system alarms in accordance with correct process and ensure the system is updated with clear concise notes.
  • Monitor KPIs and SLAs, allocate staff as required on a day-to-day basis, and work with colleagues to ensure cover and collaborative working across the Service Desk.
  • Escalate complaints and issues to the Team Manager and provide holiday and absence cover for Team Manager as needed.
  • Achieve workload targets and contribute to the team's overall success.
