About The Role

Learning Consultant

We are seeking an experienced IT Learning Consultant to support our Software Development and Delivery teams in the UK. As a key member of our team, you will design, develop, and deliver innovative world-class product and services training solutions to Hansen's customers, employees, and partners.

About You
  • You have a strong background in software development and a proven track record of designing online learning modules.
  • You are skilled in delivering and compiling needs assessments, gap analysis, and post-course evaluations.
  • You have experience in instructional design and development for creating new learning solutions in a technical IT-driven market.
  • Certifications such as CTP, CTDP, or equivalent designations are an asset.
  • You have a strong understanding of adult learning methodologies in the Outcomes-Based Educational domain.
Key Responsibilities
  • You will work with our team to design appropriate solutions for Hansen's Software Delivery and Database Services, advising the business on the best option to suit the learning needs.
  • You will support the development and review of both Instructor-Led and eLearning content deliverables, following global best practices, content development standards, adult learning theories, and Hansen Software brand standards.
  • You will provide timely support in updating learning material and AWS-based lab environments based on upcoming product releases.
  • You will design certification exams, practical lab tasks, and different types of assessment questions, following various theories, principles, and models of assessment.
