Poultry Farm Operations Manager

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant Farm Manager to join our client\u2019s dynamic team in Lancashire. As a key member of the farm team, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of quality and efficiency in poultry production.
Key Responsibilities
- Manage ventilation, heating, feed, water, and lighting systems to create an optimal environment for bird health and productivity.
- Maintain accurate and detailed records of bird health, food supplies, and supplier interactions.
- Use your expertise to make sound decisions autonomously, particularly when covering for the Farm Manager.
The Ideal Candidate
- Previous management or supervisory experience in poultry production.
- Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Competitive salary of \u00a330,000.
