Clinical Lead job description: Join us as our Healthcare Team Lead - Patient Centred Care and take on a key leadership role within our nursing team. This position requires a highly motivated and experienced individual who can provide exceptional patient care and lead by example.
About the Role:
- Provide clinical leadership and guidance to junior staff members, ensuring they receive regular supervision and training.
- Collaborate with the Home Manager and Deputy Manager to develop and implement effective care plans that meet the needs of residents.
- Monitor CQC standards and identify areas for improvement, ensuring compliance and quality enhancement initiatives.
- Build strong relationships with colleagues, residents, and families to promote a positive and supportive environment.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain accurate records and reports, ensuring timely completion and submission.
- Communicate effectively with multidisciplinary teams, sharing best practices and expertise to enhance patient care.
- Contribute to the development and implementation of new policies and procedures, ensuring they align with organisational goals.
Salary and Benefits:
The successful candidate will receive a salary of £40,000-£50,000 per annum, depending on experience, plus additional benefits including healthcare cover and a generous annual leave allowance.
