About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Sales Administrator to join our team at Fresh Perspective Resourcing. As a Sales Administrator, you will play a crucial role in supporting our sales department with new clients and providing exceptional customer service.

Key Responsibilities
  • Dealing with sales enquiries and providing our customers with outstanding customer service
  • Providing support to our External Business Development Managers and wider sales team
  • Forecasting and managing our sales opportunities along with project pursuit activities
  • CRM & database management, ensuring that you regularly check records to ensure accuracy
Requirements
  • Experience working in sales, ideally in a manufacturing or engineering environment
  • Some experience in using CRM systems
  • Happy to pick up the phone and speak to customers
