NET Software Engineer at Carfinance247

We are seeking a highly skilled NET Software Engineer to join our Lenders team in Manchester. As a key member of our development team, you will be responsible for designing and building services using .NET Core/C#, working within an event-driven architecture.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Design and build services using Azure Functions and Azure Service Bus to process events and integrate with external APIs.
  • Liaise with technical teams to ensure seamless integrations and troubleshoot any issues that arise.
  • Embrace feature switching, A/B testing, and continuous integration & delivery.
  • Take an active role in feature and platform development by being instrumental to and taking ownership of features from the design stage right through to its release into production.
Requirements:
  • Experience of C# and .NET Core.
  • Understanding of web applications, HTTP communication, and REST.
  • Ability to demonstrate innovative, imaginative problem-solving skills with focus on delivering quality outcomes in a timely manner.
  • Experience of writing and maintaining different testing suites.
  • Working knowledge of RDBMS and SQL / T-SQL.
  • Experience of Version control & CI/CD.
  • Aware of SOLID coding principles.
  • NoSQL database technologies.
  • Knowledge of Cloud solutions.
  • Knowledge of scripting languages.
  • Administration of Windows and Linux server.
