Key Responsibilities
  • Enhance Project Performance: Promote and support project team performance by ensuring key contractual obligations and strategies are effectively executed and reviewed regularly.
  • Cost Management: Prepare and submit monthly Cost Value Reconciliations (CVR) and progress reports, ensuring efficient cost control and maximizing project value.
  • Valuations & Cash Flow: Coordinate with stakeholders to agree on external valuations and manage cash flow to enhance project value.
  • Final Accounts: Work alongside the Commercial Manager to finalize main and subcontract accounts.
Qualifications & Experience
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience at a Main Contractor working on Planned works projects is required.

For this role, you will need to have a strong understanding of commercial management principles and be able to apply them effectively in a Planned works environment.
