Job Description:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for recruiting and engaging with qualified physicians, allied healthcare professionals, and key opinion leaders on demand. This includes owning incoming Expert recruitment requests from our premier clients, assessing client scopes and building a recruitment strategy to meet our clients' knowledge needs, and building relationships with our Experts (including onboarding, ongoing communication, scheduling for Expert engagements, and any other needs as they arise).

Responsibilities:

  • ">
  • Comfortable negotiating and networking with established healthcare professionals">
  • Owning incoming Expert recruitment requests from our premier clients">
  • Assessing client scopes and building a recruitment strategy to meet our clients' knowledge needs">

Requirements:

  • Bachelors Degree (or equivalent) from accredited university or higher">
  • English language fluency">
  • Proficient in Spanish OR German OR French">
  • Experienced line manager mentorship and close coaching">
