Job Title: Care Professional

At Radfield Home Care, we're seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Professional to join our team in Havering & Romford. As a key member of our team, you'll provide exceptional care to elderly individuals within their own homes, offering support across a wide spectrum of needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Accompany clients on outings and assist with routine errands such as grocery shopping
  • Provide assistance with medication management and deliver personal care tailored to individual needs
  • Maintain client dignity and respect, ensuring their quality of life is enhanced

Requirements:

  • Age 18 or older
  • Full Driving Licence and access to vehicle required for this role
  • Satisfactory references and enhanced DBS disclosure
