Anthony Marks is seeking a skilled and organized Dockmaster to manage their dockyard/Marina operations in Spain Region.
Key Responsibilities:- Manage the docking/Dry Docking and undocking of boats.
- Ensure the safety and security of the dock and boats in the Shipyard.
- Coordinate the maintenance and repair of dock equipment.
- Provide excellent customer service to Boat/Ship owners.
- Maintain a clean and safe dock area.
- Oversee fuelling operations and ensure proper handling of hazardous materials.
- Coordinate with local authorities and emergency services as needed.
- Train and supervise dock staff.
- Previous experience as a Dockmaster or in a similar role in a Dockyard/Marina setting.
- Naval architect qualification or similar.
- Knowledge of boat operations and maintenance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- Ability to coordinate and manage multiple tasks.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Understanding of safety regulations and procedures.
- Ability to work in all weather conditions.
- First aid and CPR certification is a plus.
Reports to the Operations Manager. Salary is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations. Pay Range: Based on Experience. Location: Spain Region. Employment Type: Full-time.
